Comment Policy
Comments are moderated. I reserve the right to apply my own very subjective definition to what-is-spam-versus-what-is-not.
I reserve the right to edit comments. That being said, as of this writing I have never edited a comment. But I could foresee the need to do so: for example, to edit out offensive language from an otherwise perfectly acceptable comment. If your comment has been edited and you feel that the edit has misrepresented your intent, please email me and we will straighten it out, OK?
To make a comment, a name and an email address are required. Your email address will not be sold or distributed by the owner of this website.
Review Policy
Review copies of books are occasionally accepted, but they are certainly not required. Please feel free to send me an email about a book without offering to send me a copy. Interlibrary loan is an amazing thing, and I love to buy books. S0 no worries. If an author or publisher sends me a free copy then I will mention this in the review. Otherwise, assume that I either bought or borrowed the book.
If a publisher or an author would like to send me a review copy of a book, I will not promise a review. I will only promise that all reviews will be honest.
That being said, I doubt that you will ever find a scathing or super-negative review here. Why not? Because my reading time is precious and it is limited. If I start a book and I don’t like it then I am not going to finish it. So how could I review it?
